Time Spanners Samba Band grew from a Circle of Sound Project in Newbury, Berkshire. Participants from the Mencap Centre in Newbury have been extremely busy with their own contagious flavour of Samba and the new Time Spanners Samba band has flourished. Members of the group have been managing their own advertising and board members have been elected by the group to shape their future success. "A highly focussed and talented group of individuals working as a team".
