Chester School meet every Thursday evening between eight and ten in the Chester City Brass Band Room on Bedward Row near the racecourse. With a set including Samba, Samba-Reggae, Timbalada, Mozambique and many others,Chester School have quickly built a good reputation as an exciting, diverse and powerful live act. Chester School were a prominent part of the famous Chester Mystery Plays performed in the Summer of 1997 and organised a highly successful parade of young able-bodied and disabled people through the city streets. Chesterschool are very grateful for the assistance of Chester City Council and theFast-Track Lottery Fund, and for the talents of Ian Holmes-Lewis.
