Guarana (pronounced gwa-ra-naa) have no musical barriers from voice to anything that makes a noise. Guarana creates and plays the coolest tunes to leave the minds of human beings since rock bands first started in the stone age!!! Aberdeen is now blessed with a number of drumming bands, bringing sunshine from Africa and South America with their music. Guarana has taken this type of percussion to another level and added wind instruments and vocals. It can be educational, informative and empowering, but it should always be enjoyed. Guarana, as the premier community music makers in Aberdeen lead the way in enabling folk access to music and music making.
