| Barulho Beat was formed in 2001/2002. Barulho means 'noise' in Portuguese, appropriate for a group of drummers we thought! Currently there are 20 women in the band. Our style is a fusion of samba with a variety of other influences. Barulho Beat are great for live gigs where powerful and funky rhythms are needed to grab attention and keep the crowd entertained. |
